- Comes stock with alloy-backed X2 pads
- Does NOT feature carbon fiber reservoir cap or lever blade. Reservoir cap and lever blade are alloy. Hope has found these to be lighter
- A mix of 10 titanium and 2 aluminium bolts are used on the Race X2, helping to keep the weight below the 275g mark.
- The lever pivot has been slightly shortened which translates to a 15% increase in power.
