PRODUCT SUMMARY

The BMC Supertrail has 150mm of travel using the Advanced Pivot System.
Frame is made from a combination of 7005 triple butted and hydroformed tubes.
The top tube is constructed from two monocoque half shells which together with the Hydroforming guarantee absolute torsional strength.
Triple butted tube set in a 7005 alloy. Triple butted means that the tube has three different wall thicknesses.
Hydroforming: Thin walled aluminum tubes can be hydraulically expanded using a sophisticated Hydroforming process to provide additional stiffness at critical locations.
ISC: Integrated Skeleton Concept permits good force distribution near the nodal points by using carefully selected reinforcing elements. Each tube transition can be perfectly.
VPS Suspension: Our near-legendary Virtual Pivot System. The VPS Technology for neutral drive and braking, based on an inherently rigid rear end controlled by two relatively small levers.
