ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME |

Please note, order fulfillment time is 2-3 business days for most items and 4-5 business days for Marmot, Niner, Kelty, Deuter, and MSR brands not counting weekends plus ship time. (i.e. If you place an order before 3:30 p.m. CST and add 2 day guaranteed shipping you will get the item in 4-5 business days and 6-7 business days for manufacturers specified not including the weekends, holidays, or when the shipping carrier is closed.) Once your order has been finalized on the website, you will receive an order receipt via email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking number via email. The tracking number is also updated on the Order History, on sign in to the Outside Outfitters website, once the order has been shipped. Outside Outfitters GREATLY appreciates your business. |

FREE SHIPPING POLICY |

Outside Outfitters offers free ground shipping on most items, on orders totaling $111.00 U.S. dollars or more for shipments within the "United States Mainland" excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to offer free shipping on heavy and/or large items such as complete bikes, frames, trainers, rollers, skis, wheels, car racks or any other product that would be classified as "oversized" or "overweight" through most shipping companies. |
